Dan Egan in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel has published a significant look at the Chicago River, its problems, and potential solutions.

Excellent journalism and should be a must read for Chicagoans and everyone who cares how Chicago meshes, or doesn't, with the rest of the Great Lakes region.
